The Therapy Suite offers five spaces for rent, to suit different needs and preferences. 

We are more than just room rental. The Therapy Suite is a supportive community where professionals can connect and grow together. As a Member, you’ll have the opportunity to attend monthly meet-ups with other therapists, be featured on our website and benefit from direct referrals from clients as well cross-referrals from other therapists. All of which, helping you build relationships, increase your online visibility and grow your practice.

Ad-hoc Room Use for Non-Members

Enjoy use of one of our rooms whenever you need it! Perfect for occasional room use or those just starting out. You're free to stay as an ad-hoc user or upgrade to membership if it feels right.

Group Room Rental

Utilise a beautiful group space for up to twelve people. We have one suite suitable to host groups with ample chairs and lots of natural light to create a comfortable but professional atmosphere for group work or meetings.

  • A TV screen for you to connect your device and display to the room

  • An intercom in each room to have control over your group participants entry

Complete Our Enquiry Form

We will ask for some information about you and your practice. You can tell us what type of room rental you might be looking for.

Consultation Call

We will arrange to have a brief informal chat to sort the finer details and offer a chance for you to come and visit us and see our amazing rooms for yourself.

Visit us at The Therapy Suite

We will give you The Therapy Suite tour and if you would like to join us, you can formally sign up. You will then be given your key and log-in for our online booking system for your brand new workspace!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Answers to common queries you might have before joining us.
How Do I Book A Room?

We use an online booking system called Skedda available as an app or on your internet browser. Once you sign up to be part of the Therapy Suite, you will be given a log-in for this, for you to have control and go in and create your own room bookings, edit and cancel them as required. 

Are All Wellbeing Practices Suitable For The Therapy Suite?

We want to be as inclusive as possible and have a whole range of practitioners practicing various wellbeing modalities within The Therapy Suite. What we ask is for you to be qualified in your modality, insured and registered with a professional body to ensure ethical and professional practice for clients.

What If I Need To Cancel A Room?

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy for room bookings. This is to ensure that rooms that are booked are being used and are not being cancelled last minute and potentially blocking other practitioners from being able to use the room. 

Can I Choose My Own Hours?

We aim to be as flexible as possible so please chat with us about your specific business needs and the hours you plan on working. We can facilitate most times and are open 7 days a week.

How Does Payment Work?

Membership fees are billed in advance by invoice. For ad-hoc hours or additional usage, these will be invoiced at the end of each month for your actual usage. For daily room rate, which is booked monthly, this is paid in advance to ensure the booking is secured for your use for the whole month.

How Do I Get There?

Motherwell Train Station is less than a minutes walk with several bus stops a stones throw away. There are two large car parks, one situated behind North Lanarkshire Heritage Centre and another within Motherwell Centre precinct which are both within a two minute walk.
