Jordan Ray - Integrative CBT Therapist & Founder

Jordan knows life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s not always easy to know where to start when you want things to change.

Jordan uses an integrative approach to therapy, meaning she tailors sessions to you—your experiences, your goals, and what feels right for you. While Jordan focuses on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to help you understand the link between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, she also brings in techniques from other therapy styles to make sure it meets your individual needs.

Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, low confidence, or patterns like people-pleasing that have been with you for as long as you can remember, Jordan can help you make sense of it and start moving towards the life you want to live.

Jordan aims to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be open, explore what’s really going on, and work through it at your own pace. Therapy is a collaboration—you’ll work together to find practical ways to overcome challenges and help you feel more in control of your life.

Whatever your personal circumstance, therapy will give you the ability to feel more in control of your situation rather than overwhelmed.

Creating a safe space for my clients is a priority. Clare will always aim for you to feel listened to, supported and encouraged to believe change is possible and better days are ahead. Sessions will be aimed at increasing your coping skills, restructuring any negative thought patterns and working towards healthier behaviours that can transform your life.
