About Me:

I'm a BACP accredited counsellor and experienced clinical supervisor. I often work with people in senior leadership positions who are navigating something that feels stuck, overwhelming, or hard to make sense of alone. I'm an integrative therapist, which means I draw on a range of approaches depending on what's most helpful for you. I have a particular interest in IFS (Internal Family Systems) and working with faith.
