About Me:
I’m an integrative therapist with a foundation in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, supporting adults with things like anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I work in a collaborative, down-to-earth way, helping you understand patterns that might be keeping you stuck and find more manageable, realistic ways forward. I also offer single session therapy, which can be helpful if you’re looking for focused support around a specific issue, need help gaining clarity quickly, or want practical tools without committing to ongoing sessions. I really value building trust and a genuine connection, as that’s often what makes therapy feel safe and actually useful. I aim to offer a calm, inclusive space where you can be yourself and feel understood, and I welcome people from all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ clients. Therapy isn’t just for times of crisis — it can also be a space to think things through, navigate decisions, manage overwhelm, and make meaningful changes in your day-to-day life.
Specialism:
I work closely with relationship and attachment patterns, helping people make sense of dynamics in dating, communication, and connection. I work with peoples values and core beliefs to help combat feelings of being unfulfilled and lacking in direction. Alongside this, I have a strong interest in identity and LGBTQ+ experiences, offering space to explore sense of self, confidence, and relationships in an affirming way.
